Term: Aerin Lauder

Aerin Lauder is the granddaughter of Estee Lauder. She is a creative director of Estee Lauder and a billionaire. A famous quote as listed in the 2008 Glamour is "My beauty ideal is that modern woman who is slightly not put together. I think imperfections are beautiful." She has also shared various tips from her grandmother including:

#1 - "You spend so much time in the office you might as well make it like a home. That's why I have pretty carpet, comfortable chairs, and fresh flowers in mine."

#2 - "You only have one face; take care of it. No matter how tired you are, you still have to cleanse and moisturize. Stay out of the sun and drink water."

She has admitted her most unusual source of inspiration comes from Dean & DeLuca. "The colors and packaging are so inspiring."

Aerin was born with an instinct for aesthetics and business. She also has her own brand - Aerin.
